These answers apply to appliance removal, cleanouts, and general junk removal.

What we take

  • • Appliances (fridge, washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, water heater)
  • • Furniture (couch, mattress, dresser, tables)
  • • Garage + basement cleanouts
  • • Boxes, clutter, general household junk
  • • Yard debris (bagged/stacked is best)

What we don’t take

Hazardous materials (paint/chemicals), explosives, and items restricted by disposal rules. If you’re unsure, text a photo — we’ll tell you quickly.

Appliance Removal FAQs

Safe hauling, responsible disposal, and careful handling indoors.

Do you disconnect appliances?

If it’s already safely disconnected, we can haul it immediately. For anything hardwired or involving gas/water lines, we recommend having it disconnected first for safety. If you’re unsure, text a photo of the hookups.

Do you recycle fridges and appliances?

When possible, yes. Appliances with metal value are typically recycled. We aim to keep usable items out of landfills when practical.

Fridge Removal

Clear the doors/path, remove loose shelves if possible, and we’ll handle the rest. Tight turns? Send a quick photo of the doorway.

Washer & Dryer Removal

If hoses/vents are disconnected, we can haul right away. We’ll protect floors and manage stairs safely.

Stove / Range Removal

Electric is typically straightforward once unplugged. For gas, have it safely disconnected first. We can help coordinate what to prep.

Water Heater Removal

These are heavy. If it’s already drained/disconnected, great. If not, tell us what you have and we’ll advise on the safest plan.

Dishwasher Removal

Built-in units usually need to be disconnected first (water + power). Once free, removal is quick. If you text a photo of the install, we’ll tell you the easiest prep.

General Junk Removal FAQs

From single items to full truck loads.

Do I need to bag everything?

Nope. Bagging helps for small loose debris, but we can remove items as-is. If it’s mixed clutter, we’ll sort and load.

Can you remove from inside the home?

Yes — we’ll haul from where it sits (basement, garage, upstairs) and take care around walls/floors.

Garage Cleanout FAQs

Fast resets for cluttered garages.

Can you do a full garage cleanout in one visit?

Often yes. Send photos of the space + any large items. We’ll estimate truck space and labor before arrival.

Do I need to organize first?

Only if you want to. If you can point to “keep vs go,” we’ll do the lifting and loading.

Basement Cleanout FAQs

Stairs, tight turns, and heavy items handled safely.

Will you remove heavy items from the basement?

Yes. Tell us what it is (safe, couch, treadmill, old appliances) and if there are turns/low ceilings.

How do you avoid damage on stairs/walls?

Controlled carries, dollies when appropriate, and planning the route before moving the heaviest pieces.

Furniture Removal FAQs

Couches, mattresses, dressers, office furniture, and more.

Do you remove mattresses and box springs?

Yes — single items or full bedroom sets. Text a photo and we’ll quote quickly.

Can you remove large sectionals?

Yes. If it separates into pieces, great. If not, we’ll plan the route and handle it carefully.
